Rumple: Medicaid expansion and social welfare

Eric Rumple, analyst and investigator extraordinaire for Better UTAH, penned an op-ed in the Salt Lake Tribune over the weekend in which he makes the case for expanding Medicaid in Utah. Without Medicaid expansion, a person getting back on his/her feet and earning more income faces a much earlier and abrupt loss of Medicaid, putting
