Katie Matheson of Alliance for a Better Utah and Christine Stenquist of TRUCE talked about the work they do to help people get involved in local politics.
- March 27: People Before Politics: Elections 101, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Salt Lake City Public Library, 210 E. 400 S., SLC. Alliance for a Better Utah and TRUCE are teaming up to show Utahns the roadmap from now to November 2020. We’ll help you figure out next steps, how to get involved with the political party of your choice, how to support a candidate that will defend the initiative process, and how you can get involved on issues that are *still* in the works, such as Medicaid expansion.
