The Alliance for a Better UTAH is a year-round, multi-issue education and advocacy organization promoting progressive ideas and causes with earned media and local organizing

Serving as the state-based “communications hub” to help coordinate, develop, and manage strategic communications on behalf of the broader progressive community.

An independent voice providing resources, commentary and action through:

• Original commentary on important public policy topics
• Responding to false or inaccurate statements arising in the public policy debate
• Taking action through earned media, organizing and collaborative activities
• Cataloging the hypocritical statements of elected officials
• Cataloging the failure of elected officials to follow the will of the people

Earning credibility through:

• Diversity of advisors and experts
• Fact-based, intellectually honest positions
• Independence from any political party, elected official or candidate
