Redistricting Records Finally Released by State Legislature

The Utah State Legislature finally decided to release redistricting records over the weekend after a nearly yearlong fight for their disclosure. Alliance for a Better UTAH was part of a coalition of citizen and media groups fighting for the release of the records. FOX13’s Max Roth briefly sat down with Better UTAH Executive Director Maryann Martindale to discuss the legislature’s decision to release the records to the public for free, forgoing the nearly $15,000 price tag the legislature had originally requested.
